Requirements

• Minimum balance to open account - $1000

Benefits

• Interest is calculated on the daily balance
• All fees waived if you are age 65 and over or have Direct Deposit of Social Security

Cost

• Balance of $1000 and over – no monthly service charge
• Balance falls below $1000 - $7.00 monthly service charge applied
• Balance falls below $1000 - After 30 debits, additional $.20 per each debit

The following entities are NOT eligible for a NOW account:

• Sole member LLCs
• For-profit corporations
• For-profit partnership (including husband-and-wife partnerships)
• For-profit associations
